Pilot Prerequisites
To get the most from the Pilot, we need a few things from your team.
A process where your team or AI makes decisions you'd want to be able to explain, defend, or trace — even if it feels messy today.
Existing logs, event data, or the ability to set up a sandbox so we can see how decisions flow through your system.
If integration or sandbox access is needed, an engineer available for 2–3 working sessions during the Pilot.
Someone accountable for the process who will attend kickoff and the final readout — the person who needs to trust the results.
The Process
Define the target workflow, identify decision points, and align on success metrics with your engineering team.
Map every decision point, data flow, and action in your workflow. Depending on the domain: identify gaps between behavior and policy, catalog risk areas, or map the ontology of your decision space.
Encode business rules, connect to your event stream, and configure the decision plane for your specific workflow.
Run current vs. governed behavior side-by-side. Measure policy compliance, decision accuracy, and decision consistency.
Executive readout with full deliverables: topology map, domain analysis, comparison results, sample traces, and an integration roadmap.

The Pilot is a paid diagnostic engagement. Pricing depends on workflow complexity and integration scope. Contact us for a specific quote — we will give you a number within 24 hours of understanding your workflow.
Each Pilot focuses on one workflow to deliver depth, not breadth. If you have multiple workflows, we recommend starting with the hardest one. Additional Pilots can be run sequentially or in parallel with dedicated teams.
After the Pilot, we transition into scoping the Integration phase. This includes reviewing the topology map and domain analysis, defining integration points, and creating a project plan. The Pilot deliverables become the foundation for the Integration roadmap.
Memrail supports customer cloud (recommended for regulated environments), Memrail-managed, and hybrid deployments. Your data can stay entirely within your infrastructure — it never has to leave your environment.
